Firstly, let me say, my husband and l arrived acouple if hours earlier, and we so much appreciated you guys letting us get in our room earlier then we should of arrived after travelling 4 hours.. lm so glad we got a bigger room. ..We both enjoyed our time. The bed was very comfortable.

This is my 3rd stay at Imperial Motel Windsor and I always prefer staying here for many reasons. First of all is the convenience and proximity to Brisbane CBD, the City attractions and the Clem 7, Gold Coast Highway, Sunshine Coast Highway and the Ipswich Highway, all within a close drive from this accommodation, here in Windsor. Secondly, the easy process of booking and checking into the Imperial Motel Windsor, and not having Keycard Access but Pin Codes for the Main Door and Room Access. This aspect I find the most beneficial and the BEST reason I return to stay here at the Imperial Motel Windsor..

In an urgency, coming to late night, looking for a last minute place to rest in Brisbane, we were happy to find this place where we could self check-in from our mobile phone. We really like the security safeness of the motel with our own digital code for the keyless door. We were happy our worry could go away for one night with a clean bed for a good night rest. Had the things we need for example, bath soap, toilet tissue, coffee and tea, fridge and microwave for my frozen food as I hadn’t had dinner.

I had a really good stay. I was a little anxious at first, as seeing the reviews it had mentioned a difficult experience entering the property after hours (late check in) but this was not my experience. I found it extremely easy to use. A security guard was also at the front entry and let us in. I also rang reception prior to arriving to get some reassurance, which I did. Bedding was extremely comfortable!! All in all, for a night or two stay, i would definitely stay again but for longer maybe not, rooms can be small and only a kettle in the room (communal microwave in the entry way)

The room size was just right, not to big & not to small, bathroom was appropriately located near the door to the room, and TV was situated conveniently in the left hand corner of the room up high to be easily seen from the bed & bathroom. Nice small fridge under the bench in let hand corner for drinks & to be stored. Although the room window was facing the main road, this was not to bad and road traffic was negilable. The room bed was comfortable and well appointed for the size of the room, and as a tall man myself I had no problems with bed length as well. All in all a very excellent stay at the IMPERIAL WINDSOR HOTEL👍👍

I was charged by booking.com, which is normal. I use booking. Com always. Then was charged $267.00 by the motel. They said they did not have it but the bank statement says different. Had to wait over an hour to get confirmation to get the access code. Many guests said the same. I am disappointed in the way they operate. I still cannot get hold of anyone to return my money. The rate quoted by booking.com was correct, but the second charge i still can not work out. I had to give my credit card to get in the door. People stay there because it is near the hospital. More stress added.

Room was good, bed was comfortable, had tv, air con/heater, kettle, fridge n tea coffee etc, one stool to sit with 2 people in room, awesome location, key code lock on doors, parking available, code required to enter building after hours so security and safety is awesome 👌

Clean, well maintained and compact, excellent value for money. Excellent location close to the airport - only a quick drive in the morning to get there.
